Main Equipment Installation and Commissioning Completed for Phase I of Longding Aluminum's 100,000-Ton Battery Foil/Light Gauge Foil Project

On June 5, the sixth rolling mill of Longding Aluminum's 100,000-ton annual battery foil/light gauge foil project completed threading and trial runs, marking the full installation and commissioning of the main equipment for the project's Phase I.
This project is a key initiative under the fourth phase of Henan Province's "Three Batches" activities. Longding Aluminum adheres to the "Four First-Class Standards" of top-notch quality, speed, standards, and efficiency to drive the project's construction. The main equipment integrates leading domestic and international technologies, including Siemens drive systems, Primetals' shape and thickness control systems, IMS thickness gauges from Germany, and Hercules grinding machines from Germany.
With the commissioning of Phase I, Longding Aluminum's total production capacity for aluminum sheet, strip, and foil has reached 500,000 tons, including over 300,000 tons of high-end aluminum foil. This development plays a significant role in optimizing the product structure, enhancing profitability, increasing brand value, and solidifying its position in the industry.
